These terms apply to anyone using MBB Ready. They are written in plain English. The contract is between you and the company operating MBB Ready (the entity is identified on the about page when we sign our names to the product)
What you get
- Case interviews against the 2026 MBB rubric, with score and feedback per sub-dimension
- Access to the AI coach personas designed by ex-MBB interviewers
What we don't promise
We don't promise you'll get an offer at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. The case marking is calibrated to the rubric those firms use, but the firms make their own decisions and we have no influence over them. The coaches you interact with on this product are AI personas, designed by ex-MBB interviewers. The disclosure is on the coaches page and on the home page
Acceptable use
Don't share account access, record the AI coach for redistribution, or attempt to extract proprietary scoring logic from the product. Don't do anything illegal in your jurisdiction with what you learn here
Liability
We provide MBB Ready in good faith but without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) interview outcomes. Where the law requires us to accept liability we cannot disclaim, we do so to the minimum extent required
Changes
We may revise these terms. If a revision materially affects you, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree to a revision, you can cancel your account and we'll refund any unused paid time pro-rata
